[GAMEPLAY] Ultimate Ping Always Ready When Dead

When in game, if you use an ultimate of a champion and die with the ult on cooldown (as it should be), when you are dead if you ping your ultimate cooldown timer it displays that your ultimate is ready in chat. If you revive and the ultimate is still on cooldown, the chat will ping with the correct time, but the cooldown whilst dead does not display correctly.

Not necessarily gamebreaking, but really annoying when you can't ping how long it is until your ultimate is up until after I've revived.
