League client randomly uploads at around 10mins into every game

So i am running into a problem where every game im in, 10 minutes into the game i cannot play anymore and this is going on for about 3-5 minutes until i get the "Attempting to reconnect" screen, then i reconnect and all is fine for the rest of the game. I checked what is happening to my bandwidth and it is using close to and sometimes more than 200kb/s upload at the time, which i do not understand. I live in an area, where all i can get is 7 down and 1 up, and 200kb/s basically maxes out my bandwidth and i cannot use the internet while it is doing so. Anyone else run into this? is there a way to fix this or turn it off?
