Failed to save runebook due to corrupted runebook.

I own 17 rune pages. I cant use any of them. All 17 rune pages are corrupt. This Bug Has me handicapped, unable to play ranked, inconvenienced, under performing. Not mad. I'm sure any moment now Riot will request a Live Chat to reset my pages. Made ticket about an hour ago. Reported Bug to spread awareness.

I have 17 as well, and I'm in the same boat. I can switch the top 5 while in champ select however, I can't use the rest and I can't change which runes are on them. Pretty frustrating when you have almost all the runes and can't test new rune pages.
