A bug in EUW

Okay, so im playng with Sona and like i got to level 9 and then the game just stopped i had internet connection and good FPS but i was able to move lagging and all the other champions were walking around the map the minions cant kill eachother and that was 25 minutes the same thing over and over i couldn't even play. I was doing a ranked game all my teammates were fine but i couldn't do anything. Please someone tell me what happend or someone explain to me because i dont know. Ow and i got leaverbuster because i was trying to reconnect but the game was over as i was reconnecting. Got a seacond lose to my best of 3 games and this isn't fair.
