[Crash] Champion Select not working

Recently, sometimes after I accept a match from queue and am supposed to enter champion select, the screen will not show up, and it appears as if I'm still in queue. I get audio from the room, and can hear when people comment in the chat etc, but the screen won't display, so I cannot select a champ and I am forced to dodge. Then I have to wait 5mins just to enter queue again, and it's really frustrating.

Help please?
