An issue with the game

For the last week my game have been unable access the game store to buy new champs, the emote loadout, any access to the clubs I am in, match history, and the overview tab in the home tab. I have reported it three times with the game report a bug feature. I hold now ill will towards riot for not fixing this right away they are a company that has hundreds of players. I am posting this to see if anyone else is having the same issue or may know what this issue may stem from. From what I observe I think there is some issue with my account on riots end. redownloading the game did not fix this issue nor the full repair button in the settings. I can play any game mode without an issue other then not being able to use emotes.
