help: skin re-roll

sorry if this is not the place to post this.

I re-roll 3 of my skin from loot but I didn't get another new skin, I got error says something like this 're-roll taking time error because of service status', I don't really remember what was the exact error. now I lost 3 skin from my loot, what should I do?
