Was playing sivir. Had a Yasuo use his tornado on me and i hit E well in time and i didn't get knocked up but i did take the huge damage from it. This happened 3 more times during the game as i was trying to test if it would happen again.
it's not a spell; it's classified as an autoattack. the knockup portion (i.e the enhanced "spell" part of the auto) may have been nullified but its still the same as landing an auto on you
Further addition to this: I took damage from the tornado both when the Yasuo had a charged static shiv and when he didn't.
It's because it's some sort of ranged auto attack. The knockup part is the only thing cancelled by her shield.
