[gameplay] Elixir starts ticking when bought when you are death on twisted treeline

-die in twisted treeline -buy any elixir -watch the elixir's timer tick away, while you are death -respawn with wasted time on the elixir

I thought this was fixed on SR to only start ticking when you revive.

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Elixir_of_Sorcery V6.1: Can now be purchased and auto-consumed (full inventory) while dead. The duration will not begin until you spawn.
