[gameplay] Elixir starts ticking when bought when you are death on twisted treeline

-die in twisted treeline -buy any elixir -watch the elixir's timer tick away, while you are death -respawn with wasted time on the elixir

I thought this was fixed on SR to only start ticking when you revive.

This is not a bug. When you buy and auto consume an elixir while dead, your death timer is added to the full duration of the elixir, so when you spawn, you will have the full intended duration.

Ahha But shouldn't the visual then match with the extended duration?
