Thresh Lantern Bug

Whenever you throw thresh's lantern your ally can grab it but lately i have noticed that my enemy just positions themselves on my lantern and my teammate cannot grab it and causing them to die its really aggravating when you know they would easily live if they were able to click the lantern is there anyway to make the area around the lantern clickable or make it so that you just need to walk to it when enemies are on top of it
