Whenever I click it isn't instantly resulting in whatever it needs to do.

Since I got my new pc with 8.1 there seems to be something wrong with playing league. I noticed it when trying to ping it didn't actually work as before. Before I just g clicked for simple ping, as well with the other pings, now I need to frequently click before the ping actually works. This goes for all the click related actions so also spells that are not on smart cast and attack move. Today I installed windows 10 to see if that would change anything but it doesn't. It's really annoying since now the ping system is actually useless because it takes way to much time to ping.
