[CLIENT] Level 31?

Was browsing through my online "friends" and noticed one person was level 31. I have a screen cap of it, but I don't want to post it unless its alright to do so. (not sure if I have to cover the username, or if it's even necessary.) Is this a glitch or did they alter the game in some way?
