Honor level not increasing

When honor just came out I was banned for toxicity and chat restricted. This dropped me down to dishonorable and I was never able to climb up past it. I am reformed and have not said anything toxic in any of my games recently (past several months) and I cannot level up my honor at all. It has been several months and my honor level has not increased at all. Any idea why this I'm worried for the next season I would also like a pbe account :(

I think you need a certain number of games/played hours of being reformed. Not entirely sure though, just what i have heard.

You may consider yourself "reformed" however if you are saying anything remotely toxic, are reported and validated, then it will stop you from progressing. Best thing to do is to just mute everyone in game when starting and just play without saying a word and you will climb back up overtime.
