Replays and recording

I would like to point out that almost every time Riot gives us a patch in League of Legends, there is a problem with recording replays. I have reported that issue before and what I got in reply, was to reinstall the game... I already suspected it is not going to work, cause my roommate had the same problem, but I decided to give it a try. Who knows? Maybe I am wrong? They are the smart guys and I am just a gamer, right? But it didn't work. I have spent some hours waiting for the reinstall, but with no effect. Everything was exactly as it was, when I started. Since then I knew, it is not my laptop's fault, but the game itself. And now, I will not listen to that kind of advise, cause it's just a waste of time and internet. The problem looks like this, that when you start a recording, the game just freezes and all you can do is press "ctrl+alt+delete", cause nothing else works. And it doesn't record anything at all, in this state. One patch bugs out the recording- another one fixes it, and so on and so forth... Sometimes I have really good in game plays, that I would like to record and share with the world, but I can't, cause recording is bugged and using any other program than LOL replays is forbidden... Many times it happened, that by the time the problem was fixed, I couldn't record my game anymore, cause the replays work only from patch to patch... Dear Riot! Are you really care so little about replays in this game? People want to record their games and share it with the world, so League of Legends can grow more popular, which benefits mostly you, guys. Will you fix this problem once and for all, or will it stay like this forever? Rito plz!
