Every time I reconnected to a game, I disconnected all of the other players. (VC Bug) [CRASH]

About ten minutes ago I played a game where I lagged horribly, which is not out of the usual. Because of this, I disconnected and reconnected to my network and upon reconnecting myself, my two friends who were in VC with me both reported that they disconnected. Three people on the enemy team disconnected as well, and our bot lane -- those of which supposedly didn't disconnect, although they never said anything so I couldn't have been sure -- said that they were lagging. We ended up surrendering twenty minutes in.

Is anyone else having problems like this? Is there any way to solve this?
