[GAMEPLAY] Yorick and Quinn Ults Bug

I have been experiencing a bug in ARAM, where Quinn can get stuck as a bird if she gets ulted by Yorick and dies.

Yorick must have Quinn ulted while she is in bird form Quinn then dies, and comes back as a bird For the rest of the game, Quinn's ult does nothing (goes on CD after pressed, but no effect and stays in bird form)
