Since switching to NA, groups are glitched

I have attempted to join groups, but the group chat is constantly stuck on loading. Also, I cannot create a group. I type the group name and click create and absolutely nothing happens.

I don't know if this is a common problem or not, but I had none of these problems when I was on EUW.
