Kled Bug?

This occurred in Summoners Rift, against a Sejuani and a Kled. This was a bug (I think) I have encountered during a chase as Sejuani. As you can see, the Kled had no vision of me, but was able to recast his e ability to dash over the dragon wall and kill me. Please fix this bug immediately. This is the link to the video:

  1. If kled uses his E on you he does not need vision to recast E.
  2. Please upload the image on a site. You posted the file location on your computer which is useless to everyone but you.
