Ziggs Q Bugged (gameplay)
When 
throws a Q on the skin Master Arcanist Ziggs, the animation of the explosion doesn't happen and the bomb just disappears, with a few particles that fly out. Does this happen to anyone else?

It happens to me as well, sometimes even with default skin. I reported that few times already
it's a old bug they have been tackling since season 2. It use to be much worse and possible to recreate intentionally. Now it's rare and even if you know how to do it is still very low odds of it happening.
