Excess Healing Rune Bug
I played Trundle and Excess Healing isn't activating on his ult or passive,I haven't seen any other champs with this problem. The Visual for Excess Healing goes but no shield.

Hello! There is likely no bug in this case. Self-healing uses only 30% of Trundle's heal toward his shield. You are likely receiving a very small shield.
