ARAM Queue not showing anything

When i get into ARAM with a team, after accepting the next game, i get pushed to the front page and hear the noises of the Queue, but i cant see the champ i got or cant choose masteries or runes; dont know if this happens with other game types but ARAM does it

I constantly have to dodge the game, making me wait 15 min because of this error
