[GAMEPLAY] Rammus Homeguards Have Wrong Description

When playing Rammus, The recommended items for jungling say to buy Homeguard mobility boots. However, instead of a normal description of the item in list mode in the shop (Like how the description for a health potion is "Consume to restore health over time"), it says "game_item_plaintext_1329." This appears in every game that I jungle with Rammus, and I haven't tested whether it appears when not jungling. Also I don't know if this happens with other champions, as I cant think of any that recommend homeguards. I have included a screenshot to help clarify. Not sure if this is actually a bug but I just wanted to make sure someone knew about it.
