Remake Bug

While in game we had a player afk and not connected we tried to /remake at 3 mins but couldnt do so as it said that there was all plaeyers connected. kha ' zix was not and hadnt bought any items or moved this occured 1208am on 8th sept 2016 Has anyone else expirenced this or is this jst me

Being disconnected is different from not moving. To tell if the person is actually dc'ed they would spawn in the direct center of the fountain rather than the edges.
