Yeah there should be a rework of all these champions. Ashe Yasuo MasterYi Teemo Draven Anivia Annie Ahri Aatrox Fizz Garen Gnar Illaoi LeeSin Any 2 kills early game will consider these champions as fed.

its not a bug, he previously had his second auto delayed due to a bug that was just patched. this is the way he was intended to be, but now seeing as hes so strong now, they will be nerfing him.
