[RECOMMENDED ITEMS] Zoe has no recommended items in Poro King

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Enter a Legend of the Poro King game as Zoe
2. Open the shop and navigate to the Recommended Items tab

EXPECTED RESULTS: The user is presented with a list of items recommended for the champion, helping suck less as they learn what items are good on a new champion.

OBSERVED RESULTS: The user is presented with a blank page, recommending they bravely charge into battle empty-handed.

(Seems like the process of releasing a game mode needs an additional step to scan all champion's recommended items to ensure that they both exist and aren't horribly out of date, such as recommending items removed from the game. Or the process includes this step and a Rioter skipped it and feels silly now.)
