Weird loading bug during champ selloect

Several times now when loading the champ select screen in ranked solo the champ select never actually comes up, and just sits there with the clock icon. Unfortunately, I have to close league and lose lp for dodging. Hopefully other people having this problem and it can be looked in to :P

Now it kicked me when it was my turn to pick for not selecting a champ but the timer was at 10...and the timer sound went off after it kicked me out lol...banned from matchmaking for 30 mins >=[
