SUM# comes up instead of Summoner Name

NOTE: this bug appeared after the patch update on 09/29/2016

After logging in for the first time, then going to Ai or ARAM, creating a team game, and going to the lobby, I found that the summoner name is now just the word "SUM" and # (66 billion something).

I tested for the bug on 2 separate accounts multiple times, then reboot my computer, load up LoL and sign back in, had the same problem. Ran repair program thinking it was defective file, logged back in and encountered the same problem on both accounts (the SUM number being different for each one).

If I exit the lobbies and try to create a team lobby again, the summoner name returns to the correct information.

Logging off and on does not correct the problem.

UPDATE: this anomaly appears to only happen in modes where the team creation lobby is the old style, not custom or draft modes.

SECOND UPDATE: Does not appear to hamper game play.
