When i was playing lulu after the patch on May 5, 2015, i could only cast lulu's e on myself. If i casted it on jungle creeps, minons, or other champions, it would go on the full cool down and reduce my mana for its cost to cast.
Sorry, i meant to say i can only cast it on myself successfully. If i try to cast on anything else, the e has zero effects and it goes on cool down for its mana cost.
First you say you can only cast E on yourself, then you continue on to say you casted it on other things.
What are you saying it does to the target (other than yourself)? That it casts but doesn't have any effect? Can you take pictures or video of this?
i did the same thing. I know what he's talking about and i don't know where my post went of the same bug. I took a picture of me using my E on my ally Kalista and nothing happened. Literally nothing happens, you cast the spell on an ally champion and 0 zip nada results.
