Frostblade Irelia

I logged on after patch 8.7 to play and when i checked out the Irelia skins frostblade which i used to own was no longer available for use. I've been playing for 7 to 8 years and I've been trying to accumulate all the ice skins over time this just set me back again .... i would really appreciate being able to get it back (preferably without having to purchase it again considering how much I've already spent on this game lol) .
