In Game Mouse Cursor Inncorrect, Along With Some Other Inconveniences

since the last update, when I enter a match my cursor is still the desktop cursor. Additionally, whenever I right click it creates a popup menu. Some other inconveniences have occurred, such as not being able to chat, and that the on world pings are not responsive. Finally, when on the Victory or Defeat screen, the game freezes. I can stand the others but the last one made me have to essentially restart my pc. Has anyone else encountered this? I haven't seen anything like this posted.
