Screen Freeze During Champion Select

Screen froze during Champion Select during the enemy's select, showing they did not pick any champion. However, they did select someone, and the select proceeded to me, although my client did not show this nor allow me to select anything. (I got hit with the queue dodge penalty and the others in my voice chat can confirm that they did pick a champ and i did not)

The only real information i can give for this that i can think of was that i was editing a mastery page before this happened. Whether or not this is related i do not know.
