My computer gets stuck when I choose champ and I can not do anything, I have to shut down my computer. Where are the problems?

With only this i doubt anyone can help you. It could be one of quite a many issues. But the info you provide are too few.

Where can I get more information if I do not show anything wrong with anything, just a computer, and I can not do anything. Then I downloaded the hechtex repair tool. and I'm gonna tell me that Lol Logs is missing. And this is not the case for me alone. and other people. After a few days I played games well, and when I joined and started everything yesterday.

Your best bet at correcting any problems, if you have not much of info and dont know the cause, is system restore. It solves a lot of problems.

I was reinstalling the game, did not help. I made the game through the game myself, and no one goes around

Try doing a system restore. Its probably your best bet.
