Loading Screen Issues

OS: Windows 10 Issue: When loading screen starts 9 players load to 100% except for one player (I am loaded at 100% and the last player does not load.) This happened 5-6 times to my various accounts so it is not a one time issue. Closing the client to restart the load causes an unable to connect to server message prompt which closes the loading screen. The loading icon in the bottom spins forever and by the time I identify the bug and relog back in the game has already progressed 1-2 minutes. I alt+tab so by the time I go back to the screen and find the error I might lose time in the game. Not alt+ tabbing shows the error faster and I cannot connect until the other players are in the game it seems.
