[CLIENT] "New Avatar Icons Earned" notifications won't go away

Every time I open the client and sign into my account, I get that fun little notification in the top right corner telling me I earned another avatar icon. Upon inspection however, I didn't actually earn anything. Instead, its just these 5 little icons that I'm constantly getting notifications for. It's as if the client thinks I haven't received them yet. I've had them ever since they first came out and the problem came with them. It's not a game-breaker by any means but it's definitely annoying. It doesn't happen with the newer icons I've received, just these ones.
