[GAMEPLAY] Jungle Teemo (while counter jungling) flags the 3 minute surrender prompt.

This has happened to me twice now while playing Teemo jungle in norms. I start at the red/blue buff camp waiting for the jungler to arrive so I can smite steal camp and get first blood but at the 3 minute mark it flags for the early surrender vote. Had one game where my top gets a kill at the same time I killed the jungler and then moments after the early surrender prompt pops up on screen.

P.S. - Our botlane both opted to surrender:(
