Need help with connection

As of last week, i have been having really really high MS. I am really confused because this is only in LoL and it has never happened before and ive been playing for like 2 years now. I have ran multiple speed tests and they're all more than fine. I have seen a few threads about this but nothing has helped, ive even gone through every step on the riot games suggested steps. Ive reset Ip, flushed DNS, used googles dns codes. Absolutely everything! Even the hextech repair tool, which did nothing :(. This is really getting on my nerves now as i cant play LoL, and ive just unlocked Pyke lmao xD. Any help is appreciated as i just want to get back to playing this wonderful game.

Edit: Ive even downloaded Haste and that doesnt change anything either :(
