Cant hear unique champion dialogue

I am copy-pasting this from a ticket I submitted since they told me to re-post here.

After purchasing Star Guardian Jinx, I noticed after the first game I used her the music that plays at the start of the game does not play anymore. I noticed this issue with Jhin but did not think much of it since it "occasionally" happened but now it is happening all the time. However, in Jhin's case, he does not react to item purchases anymore or use any unique interactions towards enemies (such as taunting Tahm Kench, Zed or Shen).

He never really did his interactions in the past which I just grew accustomed to but now he does not say his unique lines for purchasing items. I purchased Rapid Fire Cannon on several games today (while alive, yes) and made sure I did not move and waited a few seconds for dialogue to be available. The game did a slight pause, like a fps jitter, as if the file was queued up but no response to the purchase came, likewise for any other items.

I already used the repair function earlier today and that did not seem to fix the issue, I checked my in-game sounds to make sure everything that needed to be turned on was turned on and I do not know what else to do.
