[GAMEPLAY] Yuumi doesn't appear to give Pyke AD

Just got into a game with new Yuumi, ready to play a rousing round of Pyke Yuumi bot. We discovered that Yuumi improperly detects Pyke's AD, and doesn't appear to give him any adaptive force when attached at level one. Luckily we still won lane because Yuumi heal is completely broken, but Riot pls fix.

How to reproduce:

1. Enter game as Pyke Yuumi.
2. Have Yuumi attach to Pyke.
3. Note that on Pyke's screen he does not receive any adaptive force, and on Yuumi's screen she only receives the base amount of adaptive force.

Unsure how often this bug occurs. Likely always.
