CANNOT RECONNECT TO THE CHAT

Cannot connect to the chat. It asks to reconnect to the chat manually but I tried many times but does not work. Also I tried to restart the game and computer does not help either. I tried to log my account in my another computer but shows the same. Anyone know what is going wrong with my game?

I am having the same problem. I cannot chat with my friends, chat with my teammates during champion select and chat with my teammates and enemy team after a game. However, I can chat during a game.
