playing 2 games at once, match history messed up

I just started a ranked game. I disconnected in between for some reason, so i closed the client and tried to reconnect. I relaunched the client and it worked just fine, but instead of going to the reconnect screen, it went to home page as if the game never existed. I was able to join queue for a second time and actually go into a match, meaning that I was officially in 2 games at once. Going to op gg made things weirder. under live game feed, it showed the match up for my old game (where i'm still dc) and it kept going. After one hour of match time and constant refreshing, it reset to one minute into the game, and i had the same lane opponents and teammates. I am absolutely sure that my old game did not get surrendered at the time i disconnected because it was only like 10 minutes in. I also checked the op gg of my teammates, and it also messed up. Updating match history, it shows that they played a game like 18 minutes ago (probably the same game) with the same character and itemization and same opponents, but the teammates are completely different, replaced with other random summoners, and i have proof that we were in a game together. Me nor the champion I played is not even in their match history in any game. Some of their op gg mtach history dosent even have the game recorded. I have also checked op gg with another device and its the same. I don't know if my teammates encountered the same issue, but its as if that game never existed. (Im stupid because i didnt take a picture of the live game feed, but i have a picture of my client in home screen, and naopgg saying im in a live game at the same time. (See link above).
