SOMETHING WRONG WITH RUNES

Hi guys

So its with the greater glyphs of scaling CDR It says that 0.09% CDR per level and 1.67 at level 18. 0.09 X 18 = 1.62 not 1.67 and i take 6 to get 10% cdr at level 18 1.67 would give you 10.02% but 1.62 gives you 9.7%

so the rune needs to be put right 1 way or the other. Im guessing its gonna just be changed form 1.67 to 1.62 but it would be nice to see the 0.09 changed to 0.0925 or just 0.095% per level.
