League of Legends Bugsplats after champion select during game start

Everytime I go into a game, custom game or even practice tool and choose my champion and get through the loading screen, as soon as I hit fountain, I immediatly crash and get bugsplat error for the past 4-5 days and I don't know how to fix it.

My specifications are: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit AMD Radeon R9 390X graphics card Intel i5-3570k CPU ASRock Z77 motherboard 16 GB 1600 MHz corsair vengeance RAM Seasonic 750W 80+ gold power supply Seagate 2 TB HDD Samsung Pro 840 256 GB SSD

It all happened when AMD required me to update my graphics card driver, I went from patch 18.9.3 to 18.10.2 with the AMD R9 300 series update and now I cannot load into the game and I have tried literally everything. I can only run league through my default graphic card option on the motherboard at lowest settings in window mode at around 60 fps, the game doesn't crash at all, unless I plug in my monitor cable to the actual graphics card.

The things I have tried: Running as administrator. Making league compatible with windows 7 through properties. Disabling firewall. Disabling antivirus. Letting League of Legends bypass firewall. Reinstalling League of Legends. Deleting files in the RADS folder. Running Hextech Repair Tool, forcing repair and reinstall. Disabling my graphics card in Device Manager and using the monitor through my motherboard dvi input, this makes the game playable and I experience 0 bugsplats. Pressing the "Initiate Full Repair" in client options Changing the game.cfg file in Config folder. Downloading previous league of legends patch from my USB. Uninstalling and reinstalling the previous 18.9.3 AMD Radeon driver update. Changing the DNS-server in the TCP/IPv4 option to 8.8.8.8 preferred and 8.8.4.4 alternative.

I don't know what else I should try to do to fix this issue, the only way I can play League of Legends at the moment is by disabling my graphics card and playing through the motherboard, but I need a proper fix.

EDIT: League of Legends just patched yesterday, but it didn't fix my issue either, right now I have a 20 minute priority queue ban and that is a bummer.
