Summoners from previous game bug

I currently just played a ranked game with hecarim jungle, i selected flash and smite and correct masteries and runes when i entered the game i had all the previous things selected i.e teleport and tank masteries and runes. Lost the game so obviously wasn't to happy.

Did it give you an error? If so, that has been happening to me as well. Hopefully it gets figured out
