Cant Create a new Account !

Hi, Can anyone help? I keep getting stuck on step 3 of making a new account, ive tried EUW and NA and both have the same issue, tried different emails i haven't used before and every time i click 'next' on step 3 it just doesn't proceed.[slayer-jinx-unamused]
