rebinded center champion to shift+space, can't center champion and quickcast e at the same time

Hi guys,

I used to play on mac and would have no trouble centering my champion and quick casting spells at the same time. Now that I've moved to a windows PC, I can't quickcast E if I'm holding down shift+space to center my champ. It's really bothering because it works fine with Q, W, and R on windows and it works with all the keys on mac.

If it helps understand the situation, I play the game holding down the shift key in most scenarios. shift+left click is attack click, shift+right click is move, A is item 5 and S is item 6 for me. I can't change the way I play and this bug is so hindering it's going to make me uninstall on windows.
