Resolution Problems after patch

After the patch for some reason my resolution got all messed up in my game. My computer is well beyond capable of running league on the highest settings so I don' think it's the computer. It works in windowed mode but as soon as I change it to full screen it get's all sorts of messed up. I messed with the resolution in the game settings but its just glitched. I really think this patch did something to my league. Any help is appreciated.
