Permanent Valor Bug [Gameplay]

So, I was playing a game of Teambuilder with a friend of mine, I was Quinn, and he was Tahm Kench.

We went bot, and about nine minutes in, I ulted, and dived tower as Valor, killing Twitch. He ate me, and carried me out of the tower. Since I hadn't activated Sky Strike, I was still bird when he spit me out. A good couple seconds later, I dived tower again for Morgana, and this time, tried to activate Sky Strike, and... nothing happens, because Tahm ate me at about at the same time as I tried, or, at least, he thought he did. I was still outside of him, and even though his eat was on cooldown, he didn't actually have anything in his mouth. Vi then ganks, and kills me.

I notice, at this point, my ult has no name, is stuck on 2:14 second cooldown, has no picture, and has a description of "Specified Spell not found". I'm confused, but and mention it in all chat, and... Then I respawned as Valor. I could no longer use my ult, it's cooldown was not going down, and I was a melee champion, although Harrier still targeted enemies. I would shoot arrows at melee range if I tried to target those minions or champions, but, otherwise, I was just Valor. Even when I died later, I was still Valor. This continued throughout the entire game, and, as cool as it was to be Valor all game, it really hurt our teams chances of winning, since we no longer had an ADC. We ended up, but I mean, I was Valor, so it was cool.
