Bugsplats

Recently I've been receiving loads of bugsplats ingame, like in my recent game (THAT IS STILL GOING ON AT THIS PRESENT MOMENT IN TIME) it bugplatted and my league client now wont even open, it's been doing this for weeks and nothing will resolve it, i've reinstalled and used the hextech repair tool, still crashes. Any advice?
