I could not change any of my runes in a ranked match.
I locked in warwick and tried to change my runes but couldn't. Keep in mind this was a ranked flex match.

Same thing happened to me in a normal draft. I would click the 'pencil' next to the preset rune pages and only the border of the window would pop up with the 'X' in the top right. Nothing was in the center of the window. I was stuck with whatever preset runes I had.
