Queue dodge timer for enemy team not locking in.

I legit just had the enemy teams first pick hover , didn't lock it in. The timer got to 0 and stayed at that for an extra 4 seconds or so, then I got a message saying I didn't lock in and now I have a 6 min timer. I don't really care about the timer because it's just normals but this is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.
